1. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At SalesVelocityhub, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a problem with your order, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Video Proof Requirement
To initiate a return or report damage, please provide an unedited video of the unboxing. The video should clearly show the package label, seal, and entire opening process. -
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges if:
• The product arrives visibly damaged (as shown in your video).
• The product differs from what was shown on our site.
• There is an error in customization (wrong name, wrong design, etc.).
Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. intact.

Return Window
Requests must be made within 48 working hours from the date of delivery (unless you choose a different window). -
Non-returnable Items
Some items (for example, custom apparel or personalized goods) may be marked “non-returnable” on the product page and are not eligible for return or refund, except in case of damage or error. -
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your SalesVelocityhub store wallet. We do not refund back to the original payment method. -
Minor Transit Damage
Small, repairable defects (e.g., superficial scratches) that do not affect functionality are typically not eligible for full replacement/refund. -
Exchange / Correction
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will arrange a reversal (pickup) and replacement. The entire process may take 10–12 working days from the date the solution is finalized. You will receive tracking details once dispatch is done. -
Returned to Origin (RTO) / Non-delivery Cases
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed OTP verification, we reserve the right to charge reshipping fees. In such cases, the amount paid (full or partial) may not be refunded.
2. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted, because we operate a custom fulfillment model. Designs and customizations start immediately upon ordering.

Please ensure your order details (designs, spelling, address) are correct before submitting.
3. Processing & Production Time

Each product has a defined “making time” which will be displayed on its page.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays/festivals.

For certain items (e.g. custom jewelry, laser-engraved pieces), production may take 15–20 working days before dispatch. Other customized items may also have longer lead times.
4. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (name, address, contact, payment data) only as needed to process orders and provide services.

Data is collected legally, with transparency, and only retained as long as necessary.

Payment & shipping information may be shared with select third parties (payment processors, logistics partners) only for order fulfillment.
